The Life Sciences South Project encompassed planning and design for three discrete research and teaching buildings on the University of Arizona campus in Tucson. The new Life Sciences Building included a total of 84,000 square feet of laboratory and support space for programs in molecular and cellular biology, microbiology and immunology, ecology and evolutionary biology and biochemistry.
The centralized Animal Resource Facility is a 38,000-square-foot building designed to serve all the research needs of the South Campus involving animal resources. The new Greenhouse is a 2,800-square-foot freestanding building designed for research and experimentation.
