We may be required by law to collect certain personal information about you, or as a consequence of any contractual relationship we have with you. Failure to provide this information may prevent or delay the fulfillment of these obligations.

Information We Collect Directly From You. We collect personal information directly from you when you use our Site, including when you provide us with personal information through a form on our Site (e.g., to take part in our webinars or other upcoming events or to receive our newsletters), or submit information through our Investor Relations portal or the Newsroom. We also collect personal information directly from you when you register your company in the Suppliers Registration section of our Site or provide us with information to apply for a contribution from Fluor through the “What You Need to Apply for a Grant” page. We may also collect personal information from you if you report an incident through our Ethics and Compliance portal.

We collect the following categories of personal information about you directly from you:

  • Identifiers: Such as your name, address, email address, phone number, account credentials or similar identifiers; and

  • Professional or Employment-related information: Such as employer, job title, experience or expertise, professional contact information.

Information We Collect Automatically. We and our third-party cookie providers automatically collect personal information when you use our Site using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Please review our Cookie Policy for additional information regarding our use of cookies.

We collect the following categories of personal information about you automatically through your use of our Site:

  • Identifiers: Such as your IP address;

  • Internet and other electronic network activity: Internet or other electronic network activity information, including browser type and operating system; browsing history, clickstream data, search history, and information regarding your interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement, including access logs and other activity information related to your use of our Site; the length of time you visit our Site; and the referring URL, or the website that led you to our Site; and

How We Use Your Information and The Basis on Which We Use It

For example, when you enter your login ID and password to enter one of our login portals, we use your credentials and password for authentication purposes. How We Disclose the Information We Collect

  • Affiliates. We may disclose the personal information we collect about you to our subsidiaries and affiliated entities, and their use and disclosure of your personal information will be subject to this Policy.

Retention

Your personal information will be held for only so long as it is needed for Fluor’s business purposes as described above, and in accordance with applicable corporate document retention schedules. These schedules are designed to comply with applicable data privacy and other legislation, and to assist Fluor in maintaining business records which it may need to conduct its business and to respond to lawful requests for information in connection with legal claims or disputes.

Security of My Information

We implement physical, technical, and organizational security measures designed to safeguard personal information. These measures are aimed to protect the personal information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but is instead governed by the privacy policies of those third-party websites. International Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to, stored or otherwise processed in servers and databases located outside of the jurisdiction in which you reside and where the privacy laws may not be as protective as your jurisdiction of residence. Children

Our Site is not designed for children under the age of 16. If we discover that a child under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems. We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” the personal information of children under the age of 16.
