An international oil and gas company awarded Fluor a project management consultancy contract (PMC) for a new bio-liquid natural gas (LNG) plant in western Germany. The scope of services includes technology selection, pre-front-end engineering and design for outside battery limits (OSBL) and interface management for OSBL/ISBL (inside battery limits) integration.

The Fluor team is fully integrated into the client organization and works closely with the client team on site. The work includes preparation of 80 piping and instrumentation diagrams, 800 pipelines (with a total length of 7 km) and 145 positioned pieces of equipment.
