Fluor has provided a variety of services for a chemical client in southwestern Germany, including studies, pre-FEED (front-end engineering and design), FEED and detailed engineering. Led by Fluor's Mannheim, Germany, office with an on-site presence since 2018, the team has completed a number of brownfield projects, each with a project volume between 2,000 and 10,000 hours.

For one production expansion project, we prepared 30 piping and instrumentation diagrams, 115 pipelines and 15 positioned pieces of equipment. Another project expanded production to produce fine chemicals. In addition to engineering and design, we provided procurement services and construction management support.
