Client's Challenge

TU Electric Company requested that we augment their site services for quality and safety and add the ability to respond to periodic maintenance and emergency needs.

Fluor's Solution

We provided craft and craft supervision to the TU Electric maintenance departments for mechanical, electrical and instruments and controls. We also provided craft, craft supervision, quality engineering, welding engineering technology and field engineering in all disciplines in support of construction completion of the HVAC systems.

There averaged 22 base staff and 175 base craft workers at the site. Outages typically required 25 planners and supervisory personnel and 400 craft workers. The work force consisted of mechanical, electrical and civil craft workers.
