The expansion plan for Project Raptor was to construct a 140,000-square-foot standalone three-level manufacturing and central utility plant building with link connection to the existing plant. The Class 1000 ballroom fab with Class 1 minienvironments and SMIF pod interface capability is sized at approximately 26,000 square feet.

The mechanical system included the fabrication area, sub-fab and fab service areas, recirculating units, make-up air units, exhaust air systems and a fire protection system.
