ATLS President


Mark Funk has more than 25 years of experience at Fluor and previously served as our Advanced Technologies segment lead, which includes both data center and semiconductor projects. He is an expert in project management and business and operational leadership and has led engineering, procurement and construction management projects executed in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Dimple Desai

Advanced Manufacturing


Dimple Desai leads our global operations for the Advanced Manufacturing division within the ATLS business. She has more than 25 years of experience in project management and engineering for a wide range of projects. She is a chemical engineer and previously oversaw food, beverage and consumables within our Advanced Manufacturing division and led a $1.2 billion battery anode manufacturing project from conceptual to FEED phases.

Life Sciences


Doug Makowecki has more than 35 years of experience in operations, business development, project management, and design engineering. He leads our global operations for the Life Sciences division within the ATLS business. He is a mechanical engineer and previously led ATLS business development in Europe and was the Life Sciences division global business development leader.
