Fluor is widely recognized for our commitment to health, safety and the environment (HSE). Below are recent recognitions we have received for outstanding HSE performance.

Top Environmental Firm

Fluor was ranked No. 7 on Engineering News-Record's 2025 list of the Top 200 Environmental Firms.

Malaysian Industrial Safety and Health Association Awards

A confidential data center project in India, a confidential semiconductor project in Malaysia and Fluor’s Philippines and India offices were awarded nine overall 2025 health and safety awards by the Malaysian Industrial Safety and Health Association (MiSHA) in partnership with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Additionally, two Fluor employees were recognized individually for their work.

Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents President’s Award

In 2025, Fluor’s Farnborough office won a Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) President’s Award, a prestigious recognition granted for achieving 10 consecutive RoSPA Gold Awards for health and safety performance. In 2024, the office earned a Green Apple Environment Award for reusing, redistributing or recycling more than 8,000 pieces of furniture and equipment through a five-year partnership with Reyooz.

Circle of Excellence for Wellness and Sustainability

Fluor Daniel, Inc. – Philippines was named to the Asia CEO Awards 2025 Circle of Excellence in two major categories: Wellness Company of the Year and Sustainability Company of the Year. The team was recognized for its leadership, innovation and positive societal impact.

Gold Award for HSE and Environmental Excellence

In 2024, the American Society of Safety Professionals Kuwait Chapter honored the KIPIC Al-Zour Oil Refinery Project with the Gold Award for HSE Excellence and the Gold Award for Environmental Excellence for the sixth year in a row. In 2020, the project team received the KIPIC CEO Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) Award.

Chevron Phillips Chemical Contractor Safety Excellence Award

Fluor Arabia Limited received the Chevron Phillips Chemical Contractor Safety Excellence Award for the ninth consecutive year in 2024. The award recognizes contractor companies that have achieved outstanding safety performance while working at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company facilities.

Construction Industry Safety Excellence Award

In 2021, the Construction Users Roundtable recognized Fluor with its Construction Industry Safety Excellence award for work on the ASR Domino Sugar Refinery Rebuild project.

Gold Hard Hat HSE Award

In 2020, JGC Fluor and LNG Canada were jointly recognized by Shell with its Gold Hard Hat HSE award. The award recognized the LNG Canada project’s Design for Safe Construction program, which is focused on the elimination and significant reduction of hazards through design, providing an overall reduction to life-critical construction risk.
