Fluor combined self-perform and construction management approach combined in-country sources with support from ICA Fluor to mitigate the challenges faced by local and international staff. Fluor leveraged their expertise to build the Pueblo Viejo Dominicana Gold and Silver Mine in the Dominican Republic.
