Stacy Dillow

Executive Vice President,
Chief Human Resources Officer


Stacy Dillow is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Fluor Corporation. She leads the company’s global Human Resources organization in support of Fluor’s workforce of more than 30,000 employees. She is responsible for global HR strategy and operations as well as attracting, developing and retaining talent to build a globally diverse and inclusive organization.

In addition to Human Resources, Stacy launched and is responsible for Fluor’s new Corporate Affairs function to better leverage synergies and strengthen Fluor’s brand, communications, stakeholder engagement, inclusion and community relations efforts.

In total, Stacy has worked for Fluor for more than 25 years. She returned to Fluor in 2019 after spending two years with Unilever, a multinational, fast-moving consumer goods company, as the head of transformation for Southeast Asia and Australia. Prior to joining Unilever, she held a variety of global leadership roles with Fluor on major capital projects across pharmaceutical, chemical, oil and gas, infrastructure and mining industries. Stacy has led company-wide transformations working across the globe while based in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.

Stacy graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a B.S. in chemical engineering. She also completed advanced management programs at the Thunderbird School of Global Management and the Asian Institute of Management.
