John R. Reynolds

John R. Reynolds serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer of Fluor Corporation.

John has served in numerous roles at Fluor since 1985. Prior to being named Chief Legal Officer, he was Vice President and Senior Managing General Counsel with lead responsibilities for the law group supporting Fluor’s Energy & Chemicals, Infrastructure, Mining, Industrial Services, Global Services (Stork and TRS), Construction and Fabrication and Procurement segments. 

Before that, John was responsible for enterprise risk management and oversight of the law group in Fluor’s Greenville, South Carolina, operations center.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in commerce and business administration, a Juris Doctor degree and a Master of Business Administration degree, all from the University of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama and South Carolina State Bar Associations.
