Robert G. Card

Director since 2026, Robert G. (Bob) Card is a member of the Audit and the Commercial Strategies and Operational Risk Committees.

Bob previously served as President and CEO of SNC‑Lavalin from 2012 to 2015 and held senior leadership roles at CH2M (formerly CH2M Hill), including President of its Energy, Water & Facilities divisions. He also led CH2M’s Transportation, Nuclear, Environmental, Government and International divisions.

Bob served as the deputy program manager for the $15 billion London 2012 Olympics and managed the decommissioning of the Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapons Plant. Earlier in his career, he served as Under Secretary of Energy at the U.S. Department of Energy from 2001 to 2004.

He has served on multiple industry boards, including Westinghouse Electric, AECOM, Ardurra, AMEC Foster Wheeler and Longenecker & Associates.
