Tricia Thibodeaux is Executive Director, Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE), responsible for driving consistent implementation of Fluor's HSE programs and strategies, overseeing all business line and regional HSE operations.
With Fluor for 26 years, Ms. Thibodeaux has held diverse roles in engineering, project management, project controls, and strategic sourcing. Before her current position, Ms. Thibodeaux served as senior project director in Energy & Chemicals. Prior to this, Ms. Thibodeaux was Construction & Fabrication's global director of construction-driven execution. Some of her other positions at Fluor have been Houston office manager of projects and global director of supplier quality and material planning.
Ms. Thibodeaux graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. She holds Professional Engineer licenses in Texas and Louisiana and Project Management Professional certification.
Active in a number of professional and business organizations, she is a member of the Louisiana State University’s College of Engineering Diversity Advisory Board and Mechanical Engineering Industry Advisory Committee. Ms. Thibodeaux is on the Construction Industry Institute (CII) Board of Advisors and Executive Committee and on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Board of Trustees. She received the CII Distinguished Service Award in 2019.
