Christopher Panichi serves as Fluor Corporation's senior vice president of corporate finance, reporting to the chief financial officer.
Mr. Panichi recently returned to Fluor after working closely with private equity sponsors, including serving as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) of Therma Corporation, a design-build specialty mechanical contractor. Before this, Mr. Panichi was the CFO of Industrial Service Solutions, and Brinderson. Previously, Mr. Panichi spent 15 years at Fluor in various corporate and business line roles including finance, accounting, procurement, project controls, sales and marketing, and strategic planning.
Mr. Panichi serves on the board of directors of NuScale Power, a company developing small nuclear reactor technology. In this role, his duties include managing Fluor’s investment in NuScale.
Mr. Panichi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
