Fluor offers an excellent Graduate Training Scheme to gain experience on a wide variety of projects on some of the most challenging and complex projects for businesses and governments in United Kingdom and around the world.
Applications are accepted all year. Start date is normally in September, although earlier or later starts can be accommodated. Assessment Days are typically in December. Location is Farnborough.

Recruitment Method
The graduate recruitment team, in conjunction with the recruiting managers, conducts an assessment day that includes group exercise, psychometric tests, interviews; and lunch with recent graduates.

Four years monitored professional training under the direction of a qualified technical mentor provides the necessary foundation for attaining chartered status through the appropriate engineering institution. Training from the outset consists of working as a contributing member of a project task force under the guidance of an experienced engineer.
