The Compliance & Ethics Hotline is intended for Fluor employees, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to call the global, toll-free hotline and ask Code questions or anonymously report suspected misconduct. The Compliance & Ethics Hotline is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week and managed by an independent organization. Language interpretation is provided in more than 150 languages.

In 2009, the Ethics Hotline received 379 calls, all of which were investigated.
