Fluor invests in programs that inspire and prepare students to excel in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) subjects and disciplines, and is committed to the development of our next generation STEM workforce. To this end, we invest in programs and initiatives that support higher education and university STEM programs and those benefitting middle and high school students to prepare them with high-quality STEM knowledge and skills.
In addition, through Fluor’s Craft Education Initiative, the company increases student awareness and attainment of construction industry careers and certifications.
