Fluor, in a joint venture with United Industrial Enterprise (UIE), performed engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of the FPSO process facility storage and offloading unit. The process facility includes oil/water separation, gas compression, seawater treatment, and seawater injection into the reservoir.
