Fluor and Fluor employees work to build and grow strong, sustainable communities. The involvement and support provided to local institutions reflects the company’s and its employees’ determination for better future.

Each year, the Fluor S.A. Charity Committee receives applications and makes donations to local day care centers, orphanages, schools (including elementary, junior high and high schools as well as the Silesian University of Technology), kindergartens, sport clubs, and other public institutions, including social assistance and cultural facilities.

In addition to financial assistance, Fluor employees volunteer on service projects assisting organizations and schools, including:

Habitat for Humanity
Fluor S.A. strongly supports Habitat for Humanity, including the New Homes program, aimed at reducing housing poverty in Poland. Fluor employees volunteer their time and skills on the construction site.

Building Future
The Building Futures program is Fluor’s single largest volunteer event, providing backpacks filled with school supplies to less fortunate children in 14 countries. Fluor S.A. participates in this event, distributing backpacks to pupils at selected local schools.

Clothing collection
Every winter, Fluor S.A. employees donate clothes to support those in need. The clothes are distributed to homeless shelters, schools, and the Polish Red Cross.
