Fluor Consultants B.V. was established in 1988, offering full service engineering project services and specializing in small project execution.

Fluor Infrastructure B.V. was established in 1995 to lead the landmark High Speed Line project and has since specialized in complex infrastructure projects, including the development and management of railway, road, waterway, and wind energy projects throughout Europe.

Today, Fluor’s offices in Haarlem, Bergen op Zoom, Rotterdam, and Hoofddorp provide the breadth of experience required to support its clients in the Netherlands, Europe, and around the world.
