As a global services company focused on the engineering, design and construction of highly complex capital projects, Fluor recognizes that our stakeholders are critical to our success. These stakeholders include clients, employees, investors, and the communities in which we have offices and client projects, and a number of non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
Fluor India is dedicated to building strong communities and having a positive impact on the communities in which we work and live, through projects, philanthropy, and employee volunteerism.
Fluor maintains an outreach program with local non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and local schools in the New Delhi and Gurgaon areas. The outreach program includes supporting NGO programs through education, counseling, fund generation, and financial support. It also includes supporting physically challenged children through funding of education, medical assistance, and transportation assistance.
In India, Fluor supports NGOs that impact local communities through events such as:
- Building Futures - Fluor’s single largest volunteer event, to support education
- Clothes collection drives
- Blood donation drives
- Sports Meet
- Delhi Half Marathon for fund raising
