Fluor is executing an integrated engineering, procurement, construction management, validation (EPCMV) project involving a large-scale biotech manufacturing facility in Puerto Rico to produce a human insulin product. This plant is the largest modular constructed biologics manufacturing facility in the world. Fluor's Greenville, South Carolina, and San Juan, Puerto Rico, offices, are working as a team in executing the design of this project. Construction and validation activities are being coordinated by Fluor's on-site team.
