The firm was founded in 1945 as Prosynchem engineering office and in 1991 it was privatized. In 1995 the company was acquired by Fluor Corporation, one of the world’s largest engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance services companies.

We employ highly qualified process, mechanical, Civil Structural Architectural (CSA), electrical, Civil Structural (CS), piping, project controls, procurement, and contracts specialists.
