Entry-level Craft Training
Fluor offers entry-level craft training in high demand industrial crafts at Fluor’s U.S. Gulf Coast Craft Training Center in Pasadena, Texas.
Trainees receive industry-recognized entry-level credentials in NCCER Core Curriculum and in one of the following trades:
Upgrade Welder Training
Fluor offers comprehensive pre-employment welder training in Houston, Texas.
The program is for experienced welders who are actively welding and need additional skills to advance to the next level or wish to hone their existing skills.

On-site Employee Craft Training
For Fluor employees to develop skills toward journey-level status, and continuing education for Fluor journeymen employees. NCCER craft training credentials are portable and recognized nationwide.
On-site NCCER Craft Assessments and Performance Verifications help craft professionals earn Certified Plus credentials. Fluor craft professionals who meet minimum work experience requirements are eligible to participate in the NCCER craft certification program.
Fluor’s Supervisor Orientation and Field Supervisor Training programs for current and new craft supervisors.
