Types of Training

Fluor knows well-trained employees work faster, safer, and smarter. Therefore, Fluor's training programs are designed to help you build your knowledge, improve your skills, and move up the ranks.

Helper Training – Everyone has to start somewhere. This program targets new workers and helps them learn entry-level skills all the way up to the journey-level.

Upgrade Training – As Fluor builds quality projects that give clients the best value, it also creates new construction methods and technologies. These innovations require craft professionals who are on the cutting edge of the industry. Fluor offers training programs to journey-level professionals to update them on advanced techniques and training for experienced welders to help them sharpen their skills.
