Vice President, Business Transformation & Innovation
Jason Kraynek serves as the vice president of Business Transformation & Innovation with Fluor responsible for driving Fluor’s innovation network and ensuring that the company’s innovative solutions are serving our Clients’ needs and are being shared and implemented globally. Mr. Kraynek is also responsible for validating and prioritizing the implementation of Fluor’s Business Efficiency and Business Transformation initiatives.
Mr. Kraynek has held various positions since joining the company in 1993. Prior to his current position, he was an executive sales director for the company’s Energy & Chemicals business segment in North America. Additionally, he has held a variety of roles in process engineering and project management, supporting Fluor’s Energy & Chemicals business in North and South America.
He has served on a number of non-profit organizations including the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Long Beach. He also served on the National Board of Directors of the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan for six years.
Mr. Kraynek is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. He is also a registered professional engineer in the state of California.
