Ray Barnard is senior vice president, group executive of Information Technology & Project Execution Services for Fluor Corporation. He has served in his current position since February 2002.

Prior to joining Fluor Corporation, Barnard held various executive positions with TradeMC, ENSCO Corporation, and IBM Corporation. Barnard has served as vice president of Operations, vice president of Global Systems, and in various senior management positions in information technology, engineering, manufacturing, and sales. He has also been a management consultant for several companies, including DuPont, United Technologies Corporation, Engelhard, Proctor & Gamble, and American Board.
Barnard has been credited with a variety of innovative approaches to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) global implementation methodologies, application development, and re-engineering practices. Savings in excess of $1 billion dollars from these approaches have been repeated at various companies. Current focus areas include Enterprise Architecture, Project Deployment Strategies, Security and Acquisition Strategies. Barnard currently holds several U.S. Patents.
