Kirk D. Grimes

Kirk D. Grimes serves as group president of Global Services for Fluor Corporation, where he has worldwide responsibility for the company's AMECO, Procurement, Project Execution Services group and Operations & Maintenance (TRS and P2S) business lines.

Since joining Fluor in 1980, Grimes has held a variety of sales, engineering, project and general management positions. He has served as president of both Fluor's Telecommunications and Chemicals business units and has performed various management responsibilities while on assignment in Europe and throughout the United States. Prior to assuming his current position, Grimes served as group executive of Fluor's Oil & Gas group.

Grimes graduated from California State University, Fresno, with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He is a graduate of Thunderbird University's international management program and the University of California at Los Angeles business school's advanced management program.

Active in a variety of civic and professional organizations, he serves on the board of directors for Fluor Arabia Limited and has served as director on the boards of ICA Fluor and the US-China Business Council. Grimes is a member of Fluor's Executive Development, Benefits and Ethics and Compliance forums.
